Occupied the surface of his morning tea

Shrugged off and blamed on his OCD

The emergence of a new vein line
Redirected to the dumpster

A sweet and simple panic spree

The design to his demise

Like the ultimate torture
Continual degradation of his insides
Rotting like the rusty undercarriage of his mothers ’87 Lincoln town car

Lingering around in the heavy midnight air
Searching for a victim of arrangement
A severed glare
As they slowly disappeared

Breath grew shorter
As the cleaning crew came to see
