Sweating, dripping
Running from your mind
Screaming, breathing
A heart attack in time
Vicious, terror
Melting on the inside
Bleeding, screeching
You see yourself depleting
It will never stop.

You're suffering, no one sees
You're entering a fever dream
No you're not, reality slicing through the third degree
Separation, desperation, sliding down a hill of pain
Memories, the sixth degree, another test your fragile brain is sinking
It's sinking
Sinking
Slowly down the drain

It doesn't stop it never will,
Imprisoned inside your thoughts ,
Melting at the sight of anything that triggers a memory.
It's losing your shit in a dark and quiet room,
While an auditorium of strangers are screaming
Deep inside your head.
Taunting and twisting, igniting and burning,
Every last fabric of sanity in your hollowed out shell of a skull.
What once was can never be again, the change has happened,
This is your new reality ,this is your anxiety attack!
